Volleyball 

Practices & Tournaments

 Teams will compete in 6-8 competitive local tournaments and practice 1-2 times per week.

EMPOWER ELEMENTARY

We offer Empower Elementary to children grades 2-6. This program was developed for two reasons.

 

1. To provide a safe space to introduce young people to high energy, fun, no contact game that promotes hand-eye coordination, cooperation,  teamwork, and physical health.

 

2. To provide our teenage club players an opportunity to give back to their community by teaching and mentoring kids the skills they are currently perfecting.
