Empower's Team Selection Process

13U • 14U • 15U • 17U

Instead of holding a traditional one-day tryout, Empower will be evaluating athletes throughout our Summer Fast 5's sessions.

We believe a few hours in a crowded gym only tells part of the story. By working with athletes over multiple weeks, our coaches can better evaluate volleyball skills, coachability, work ethic, teamwork, and overall fit within our club culture.

Our goal is to build teams that are strong both on the court and in the environment we create together.

Summer Fast 5's Evaluation Sessions

Dates: Thursdays, June 4 - July 30, 2026
Time: 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Location: Round Rock Sports Center

Athletes interested in joining Empower's 13U, 14U, 15U, or 17U teams should register for Fast 5's. Team invitations will be extended throughout the summer as coaches complete evaluations.
